The MZD dew point transmitter makes monitoring dew point measurement easier and can be quickly integrated into air or gas measurement and control systems. Relying on a highly automated production, calibration and testing process, MZD dew point transmitter is not only strong and reliable, but also the price is very competitive.

Principle

MZD dew point transmitter using a patented dual ceramic capacitive sensor. The sensor consists of two specially developed low-temperature sintered ceramics (LTCC), the isolation layer and the absorbent layer. It is characterized by a very fast response and very stable. Ceramic isolation layer thickness of 10 nm, DC impedance of more than 2 megohms, the formation of electrical isolation layer, can effectively prevent the sensor short circuit. The ultra-thin ceramic absorbent layer is only 24nm thick and sintered with the ceramic barrier. Its moisture absorption, rapid response to changes in water vapor partial pressure, its response to the changes in its capacitance. The use of ceramic isolation layer allows us to minimize the thickness of the response layer, resulting in faster response than similar products.

Installation

● Installation is simple and can be installed directly on the pipe.
● Avoid installation at the bottom of the bend and so easy to deposit condensate.
● Sampling points should be representative.
● Avoid contact with particles and oil droplets
● Use of high quality sampling tubes, especially for low dew point gas, need to use stainless steel pipe or PTFE tube and other low hygroscopic materials.
